Need Support? Start a Conversation Here

You do not have to carry everything alone.

Use this space when you need to talk, vent, ask for encouragement, share a difficult day, celebrate progress, or connect with people who understand how addiction affects individuals and families.

You might begin with:

  • “I’m struggling today and could use some encouragement.”
  • “Someone I love is using, and I don’t know what to do.”
  • “I’m in recovery and dealing with cravings.”
  • “I need help setting a healthy boundary.”
  • “Something good happened, and I want to share it.”

Share only what feels safe. You may remain anonymous, and you never have to disclose names, locations, or other identifying details.

When replying, listen before judging. Offer compassion, lived experience, and practical support without diagnosing, shaming, or insisting that your path is the only path.

This community offers peer support, not emergency or professional treatment. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.

Whether today is difficult or hopeful, you are welcome to start the conversation.
